Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within the UAE.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping to other countries. If this changes in the future, we will update our shipping policy accordingly.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
- UAE: Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
During peak periods (such as holidays), delivery times may be slightly extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Fees
- For 24-48h within the Dubai, the rate is AED 22
- For next-day delivery between emirates, the rate is also AED 22
- For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery typically takes up to three days, with a rate of AED 40
- Free shipping is available for orders over AED 400 (UAE only).
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at an additional cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your delivery status.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
