Return and Refund Period
We offer a 15-day return period from the date of delivery. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within this period for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement, even if the return window has passed.

Process for Returning Products
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at the.marbie.marble@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item and, if applicable, any damage or defects

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and confirm the return. We will then send you a return form on email to complete.

After the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and the return address. You must ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation email.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items, MARBIE will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
Please note: it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
